My name is Stephanie. I am a mom of two very little boys. I am on a fitness journey to lose some weight. So far i have lost 22 pounds of jiggly fat from working out with beach body dvd's: T25 for 10 weeks and in the middle of p90x3, and 21 day fix meal plan. After joining a Beachbody challenge group and really enjoying all I learned and the accountability and support of people with likewise interests I thought about friends of mine who might benefit. I did become a coach to start a beach babe challenge with my friends. I want to inspire people to be fit, lose weight and eat healthy in my way: sarcastic and fun.
