Workout check in: Yesterday I had MMX from P90X3 on schedule but it's not my favorite so I subbed in DRENCH from PiYo. Yeah I was drenched! Think of it like a faster paced Yoga session. And when you are in poses like Warrior 2 you will be dipping down and lunging so that your thighs are on fire, you are always moving and not just moving but you are always building muscle. There are also PiYo pushups, PiYo Plank, and THE BEAST! Great moves! I was soooo sore this morning! It felt good.
